Zouk sells via its own website and marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra. Zouk has over 4,00,000+ Happy Customers and has been featured by media outlets like CNBC TV18, ELLE, Cosmopolitan, ET Prime, YourStory. Our bags were also organically featured in the Vidya Balan movie Sherni, Amazon Prime movie Majaa Maa, Netflix's show Little Things 3, Amazon Prime series Hush Hush and Sony TV's Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2. What is the role?

You will be responsible for working with our marketplace channels (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, Ajio, Tata CLiQ) to ensure regular activities and growth of the brand. You will closely work with the members of the eCommerce, Brand Marketing and Design teams.

Job Description:

We are looking for a team player who can handle multiple activities in different marketplaces.

Key parts of the process would include :

- Ensure marketplace profitability and growth by building AOP/JBP with marketplace partners; set, optimize and secure strong activity plans during BAU/events, maximize sell-through by accurate forecasting and inventory planning

- Coordinate with marketplace teams to set up and manage pricing, promotion (relevant deals opt-ins, coupons and price offs) and rebates.

- Collaborate closely with internal Brand Marketing, Design, Finance and Operations teams to solve tactical issues

- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance MIS and take data driven corrective action in relation to ASP, Sell-through, category mix, traffic metrics and product assortment

- Build a strong metrics-driven process to scale up the brand on all marketplaces

- Build strong relationships with internal and external teams to drive revenue of the brand

- Strong communication skills

- Good analytical skills and familiarity in working with Excel and inventory management tools

- Passionate to build a career in revenue and eCommerce side.

- Any prior experience with a startup is an added plus. Similarly, any experience with a digital brand or a fashion/lifestyle brand is a plus.
