Technical Support Engineer

  • 3-5 years at least of experience in Technical Support or Professional Services.
  • 2-3 years of experience in DBA/SysAdmin role with large enterprise production projects.
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
  • Strong skills in Bash and Python scripting (not simply relying on ChatGPT)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (preferred with CKA certification)
  • Experience with Docker and container management
  • Cloud certification (at least DevOps Engineer level)
  • Experience with NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of network protocols and security based practices (SSL, LDAP, AD, SSO)
  • Experience with Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, Splunk
