What You’ll Do

Engage with Learners : Connect with potential candidates, answer their questions, and guide them toward the right programs.Follow Up Smartly : Keep the conversations going with timely follow-ups, helping candidates through the admissions process without feeling pushy.Understand Goals : Dive deep into what learners want to achieve and recommend programs that align with their aspirations.Share Insights : Capture insights from your conversations and pass them along to our marketing team to help improve future outreach.Stay Organized : Keep accurate records in our CRM to ensure smooth communication and progress tracking.Attend Events : Represent Airtribe at in-office and external networking events, building connections and relationships with potential learners.Adopt a Consultative Approach : Focus on understanding learners' needs and guiding them, rather than hard-selling.What You’ll Bring

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to connect effectively with potential learners.0–3 years of experience in business development or sales (internship experience counts too).Confidence in presenting our programs and explaining their benefits.A relationship-driven mindset—both with learners and team members.Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take initiative in a dynamic startup environment.Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, G-Sheets, and CRM platforms.Creative problem-solving skills to tackle challenges in a fast-paced setup.
