ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for regional ABP of self and dealers.Preparing and sending quotes and proposals for Spares & services.Follow up with customer and conversion in order.Attending spare and service review meetings and maintaining a SFDC, Sales portal database.Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly after-market services and spares targets.Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for meeting the targets.Collaborating with sales & service team to align the actionsCollect, analyse information and prepare data for better selling of spares & servicesMaintaining customer connect and cross functional team interaction in case of complaintsImparting training to new dealer recruits and customer introductionsDeveloping good business relations with customer and getting repeat businessAdministration & management of dealersKey account management
