Responsibilities:


Process Analysis & Design, Business Analysis:

  • Understanding of service assurance journey and service operations activities.
  • Ability to analyze current business processes across various functions.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to identify pain points and objectives.
  • Proficiency in designing TOBE (future state) business processes.
  • Documentation of processes incorporating best practices.
  • Experience in creating process maps and visual representations.
  • Familiarity with BPMN tools and process design tools like ARIS.
  • Knowledge of process automation tools like Camunda or Appian.
  • Understanding of process mining tools like Celonis.
  • Ensuring delivery conforms to contractual outcomes and timelines.

Project Management:

  • Support in project planning, risk, and issue management.
  • Assistance in budgeting processes.
  • Experience in leading teams of at least 4 members.
  • Familiarity with service assurance-related consulting exercises/proposals.

Service Operations Improvement:

  • Experience in working with service operations teams to improve processes.
  • Knowledge of fiber access products is desirable.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Exposure to deriving insights from data.
  • Identifying trends and making recommendations for quality and operational improvement.
  • Collaboration with leaders to understand key value drivers and challenges.
