About The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst  to join our CSF in Pune. Take a key role in driving success as Senior Business Analyst (SBA) works in customer-facing role for large system integration or transformation programs/projects. The Business Analyst will gather, analyses, and manage detailed requirements. The BA closely interacts with our clients, Product Management, QA, and Engineering for refinement of requirements, management of scope, changes, and quality of intended deliverables.

About You

You are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience working with Business Analyst.

You are seasoned Business Analyst with a focus on the Telecom industry, possessing 3-4 years of experience in this domain and a total of 5-6 years of industry experience. Ability to lead and resolve the requirements/modelling issues, understand the customer documentation to spec out requirements and interface definitions efficiently. Strong documentation experience on artifacts like BRD, FRD, User stories, IA, RTM, Product config/models, etc. and 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment, Experience in conducting Agile ceremonies, Client workshops and Demo sessions, etc. Strong Telecom Industry OSS-BSS experience of at least 3 years – with knowledge on CSP business processes, Telecom Markets, Lines of Business, products, Networks, IT functions, etc. COTS experience: Hands-on exposure with Sigma CPQ, Catalog, OM is ideal. Other leading COTS delivery experience into at least 2 of these sub-domains viz. OM, EPC, CPQ, Provisioning, CRM, Billing, Telecom Product Configuration is desired. Fair level of experience/ knowledge in: BPMN/ BPEL, Product Modelling, Data Analysis. End-to-end understanding of SDLC, Working experience in Agile Scrum methodology and Jira Exposure on System Integration aspects especially on Interfaces, APIs, Web Services, REST, HTTP, Data storage/transfer, SQL queries, and UI-UX Key Responsibilities Creating and revising Business and Technical requirements documents and documenting business processes, identifying risks, and conducting an impact analysis. Identifies and documents business rules, functional capabilities, and business events; relates business rules to the process model and develops an appropriate software configuration for the client and ensure completeness with accuracy of information captured in our internal incident system. Acts as the team subject matter expert and coordinates with business partners when more outside information is needed. Support our clients utilizing our standard support tools and applications. Maintaining deep knowledge of industry and technology trends, standards, and competition to identify business opportunities based on domain market dynamics. Benefits and Perks
