TheBusiness Analyst is responsible for identifying and definingsolutions to complex business problems.

TheBusiness Analyst will work with stakeholders from across theorganization to analyze develop and document technical solutionsthat support their business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
Analyze client needs requirements and processes to developtechnical solutions that meet their business objectives.
Develop and document detailed business requirements and technicalspecifications.
Participate in meetings with stakeholders and develop comprehensivemeeting notes and action items.
Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensurethat solutions meet the stakeholders needs.
Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholderson how to improve business processes and systems.
Develop and maintain comprehensive and uptodate documentation oftechnical solutions and business requirements.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and systems andrecommend changes and enhancements as needed.
Participation in User Acceptance testing and

  • Excellentverbal and written business communication skills
  • Experienceof working as a BA for minimum of 46 years in Agile Scrumprojects
  • ExcellentAnalytical skills
  • Handson experience of using requirement management tools used for AgileScrum
  • Abilityto work with business and technical stakeholders
  • Knowhowof technology
