Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads independently through online research, social media, networking, and outreach.
  • Convert leads into active customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Promote the company's furniture and home decor collections to potential buyers, designers, and businesses.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process including inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and closing deals.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, home decor, or E-commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record of self-generated leads and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales channels is a plus.
