Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads independently through online research, social media, networking, and outreach.
- Convert leads into active customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Promote the company's furniture and home decor collections to potential buyers, designers, and businesses.
- Manage end-to-end sales process including inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and closing deals.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, home decor, or E-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record of self-generated leads and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and self-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales channels is a plus.
