We are looking for a skilled Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in Customer Assistance and Quality Assurance.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer assistance team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and make informed decisions.
  • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Proven experience in customer assistance and quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and change management.
