Estimation Engineer

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for interior projects (commercial, corporate, residential, retail).
  • Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess the scope of work.
  • Obtain and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations for pricing accuracy.
  • Draft and submit technical & commercial bids as per client requirements.
  • Work closely with design and project teams for material selection and quantity take-offs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for updated material rates and negotiate for best pricing.
  • Maintain records of tenders submitted, pricing history, and awarded projects.
  • Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs.

Track and follow up on tender submissions and assist in negotiations as required Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience in corporate office interiors, retail fit-outs.
  • Knowledge of local market rates, taxation (GST), and regulatory compliances.
  • Experience working with architects, PMCs, and large corporate clients.
