Zyotta Construction is a leading multinational commercial construction subcontracting company specializing in estimation, take off, and 3D BIM modeling. Our projects range from small renovations to large-scale new constructions in the commercial sector. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Glazing Estimator to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Review project plans and specifications to define scope and identify potential risks.
- Analyze drawings/specifications to quantify required materials, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, factoring in project timelines, labor rates, and material costs.
- Maintain supplier/subcontractor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
- Identify value-engineering opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to meet budgets and deadlines.
- ( For senior estimators) Mentor junior estimators and maintain high standards of work.
- Stay current with industry trends and continually improve estimating processes.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (preferred, not mandatory).
- 3- 7 years of experience in estimating and project management (salary varies by experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software (BlueBeam Revu preferred, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff).
- Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
