We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Celebrity Secrets. As the Social Media Manager for our skin care brand, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness. You will be working closely with our marketing team and collaborating with influencers to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
Create and curate high-quality content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Collaborate with influencers and celebrities to promote our products and increase brand exposure
Monitor social media trends and competitors to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Analyse social media data and insights to optimize campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and industry trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proficient in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
