As a Social Media Handler, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the social media presence of our company and our clients by creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, crafting social media strategies, creating content calendars, scheduling posts, monitoring social media analytics, and responding to comments and messages.

You will work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) for the company and its clients.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia materials, to be shared on social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to company websites.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor performance using social media management tools.
- Interact with online communities and followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to track and measure the success of social media campaigns and provide insights for future optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms, policies, and trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness of social media strategies.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging social media content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to analyze social media data and generate reports to measure performance.
- Familiarity with social media automation tools and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with multimedia content creation will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
