This role requires a dedicated individual with 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or a similar field. If you excel at managing client relationships, problem-solving, and driving sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Communication: Act as the main point of contact between Health basket and its clients, ensuring prompt and clear communication.Problem-Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues promptly to maintain a smooth service experience.Negotiation & Sales: Drive sales through effective negotiation and understanding of client needs, offering solutions that meet and exceed expectations.Data Management: Handle all client-related data proficiently using computer systems for efficient service management.

Qualifications:Experience: 2-3 years in client servicing, customer relationship management, or a similar role.

Skills:Proficiency in computer handling and basic softwareExcellent communication skillsStrong problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesBasic sales skills with a customer-first mindset
