We are a Healthcare Technology company based out of Ahmedabad. We have developed
various e-Health Solutions like Hospital Information Management System (HIMS),
Laboratory (Pathology) Information Management System (LIMS), Radiology
Information Management System (RIMS) along with a Picture Archiving and
Communication System, Tele-medicine, Tele-Diagnostics, e-Pharmacy along with
various mobile apps that cater to the needs of doctors, healthcare technicians and
citizens. All our solutions are cloud-based. Along with software solutions we have also
developed various IoT enabled medical devices like – ECG, Multi-parameter vitals
monitor, Health Records Digitizer and a Health Kiosk.
Position –Implementation Specialist

Reporting to Project Manager
Candidate Profile
Work Experience : 1 - 5 years of Software Implementation experience
CTC / Perks :- Negotiable
Qualification/ Education :- IT/EC/CE Graduate (BCA / B.E. / B.Tech /MCA / M.E. / Msc.IT)or similar
certifications
Skills :-
1. Knowledge of Software Implementation Life Cycle.
a. Analyze the client requirement
b. Validate the product with the client requirement
c. Product demonstration
d. End-user training
e. Conduct User Acceptance Testing
f. Conduct parallel run
g. Awareness about Pre-go live activities
h. Go live activities
i. Hand Holding during go live
2. Ability to understand customer requirements in terms of software solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of trouble shooting.
4. Knowledge of computer networks and hardware configuration.
5. Expert at documentation.
6. Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
7. Expert at stakeholder management.
Good-to-Have
1. Experience with software development
2. Experience with cloud-based deployments
3. Experience in implementing healthcare solutions.
4. Experience of database querying (SQL).
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Solution Implementation online or onsite.
2. User Training online or onsite.
3. Providing technical support to customers on-call or onsite.
4. Co-ordination with business analyst / software developers for any
customization or issue resolving.
5. Co-ordination with account managers / sales team for any escalations
6. Document the implementation process and create a knowledge bank of
frequent issues/ challenges being faced during and after implementation.
7. Generate MIS Reports for clients and internal circulation.
Please note, we are currently working on a six-day work week basis.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
The role requires full-time work on-site (Mumbai) and will also require frequent travel to Head Office (Ahmedabad).
