Rolesand Responsibilities
1.To maintain high login Efficiency (Availability) for customers
2. To resolve tickets withinagreed SLA of ticket volume andtime
3. To adhere to qualitystandards (voice and accent Tech Monitoring) regulatoryrequirements and companypolicies
4. To ensure positivecustomer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution andminimum average handling time (AHT) rejected resolutions or ReopenCases
5. To update work logs andfollow shift for escalation process and processcompliance.
Requirements 1.Good Communication with International VoiceSupport experience.
2.Willingness to work in 24*7shifts
3. Experience inTroubleshooting Active Directory RSA Token VPN Citrix VDI relatedissues.
4. Basic knowledge on MSoffice
5. Education AnyGraduation
6. All these resourcesshould be ready to work from client locations physically in officepremises
7. Experience in BFSISector will bepreferred
