Summary PTR Global is seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Operations to lead operational excellence across staffing delivery, client reporting, and performance management. This role will be pivotal in translating data insights from Vendor Management Systems (VMS) into actionable intelligence, driving business performance, and supporting executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong staffing background, exceptional analytical acumen, and a proven ability to manage QBRs, identify emerging trends, and align operational execution with strategic goals. Job Description Lead and manage the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key clients, providing insightful analysis and performance narratives. Extract, import, and translate complex data from multiple VMS platforms into actionable reports and dashboards. Analyze staffing program performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities before they impact results. Partner with executive leadership and delivery teams to ensure alignment between operational metrics and client objectives. Drive continuous process improvement across staffing operations, focusing on scalability, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Oversee the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, SOPs, and workflow enhancements. Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, analytics, compliance, and client engagement teams to ensure seamless execution and data integrity. Present data-driven insights to executive stakeholders, supporting key business decisions with clarity and precision. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, promoting transparency, accountability, and performance excellence. Requirements 8+ years of progressive experience in operations or program management within the staffing or workforce solutions industry. Deep understanding of VMS tools, reporting structures, and workforce program analytics. Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into executive-ready insights and recommendations. Strong experience leading QBRs and developing performance reports for senior stakeholders. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or similar analytics tools), and Microsoft PowerPoint. Demonstrated success in identifying trends, mitigating risks, and implementing operational improvements. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanceddegree preferred. Why Join PTR Global?
