**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain all Sales & Purchase Records for GST Return Filing.
- Responsible for the daily administration of factory operations and general company administration.
- Place direct & indirect materials order as requested. Monitor price and undertake cost reduction initiatives. Progress orders.
- Manage merchandise displays, highlighting new inventory with the goal of increasing sales.
- Supply daily & monthly reports to the Director, including Work in Progress statistics.
- Operated point of sales systems efficiently.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the factory office.

**Keyskills**:
minimum 2 yrs. experience in tally
