Visit us at: Role Description: Sr. SDR – Full-Time Remote In this role, you will independently design, execute, and optimize outbound sales campaigns targeting enterprise clients in the insurance, automotive, and related sectors. Independently plan and run multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold email, , cold calling) Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and personalized outreach at scale Qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and maintain a healthy pipeline Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly qualified meeting and pipeline targets Required Skills & Experience: Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), intent-data-driven outreach, and sequence optimization Hands-on experience with modern sales tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot CRM, Pipedrive, and similar platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft compelling messages and conduct confident discovery calls Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred Minimum 3+ years of full-time experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS (preferably InsurTech, FinTech, or AI solutions) Solid understanding of the sales development lifecycle and enterprise sales processes Excellent command of English – fluent in written and spoken communication Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote startup environment
