Manager – Training DepartmentReports to (Title) : Training Manager / HR ManagerCompany : Madura Coats Pvt LimitedJob PurposeTo assist in planning, organizing and delivering effective training programs that enhance employees' skills, productivity, and compliance within the manufacturing environment. Ensures continuous development of workforce across various department including production, maintenance and quality control.Key Responsibilities1. Training Planning & ImplementationAssist in identifying training needs through skills gap analysis and coordination with department headsSupport the creation of annual training calendars and plansDevelop training modules and materials for technical, safety behavioural, SOP, New recruitment based on job requirements and soft skills2. Training DeliveryOrganize and conduct in-house training sessions for operators, Supervisors and staffCoordinate with external trainers, vendors and consultants when requiredMaintain training attendance, feedback and effectiveness records3. Evaluation & ReportingAsses the effectiveness of training through post-training evaluations and feedback analysisPrepare periodic training reports and dashboards for management review4. Documentation & ComplianceEnsure training records are maintained as per ISO or other industry standardsSupport compliance-related training such as fire safety, PPE usage, First aid and labour laws5. Continuous ImprovementSuggest improvements in training processes based on workforce performance and production goalsStay updated with the latest training trends and technologies relevant to textile industry6.
