Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-starting and results-driven Associate Product Manager (APM) / Product Manager 1 (PM1) to join our team and work on our next-generation Billing, Finance, and Payments systems. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product features that enhance our financial systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations) to define, build, and enhance Billing, Finance, and Payments features.
  • Own the product roadmap and work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful execution of new features and improvements.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product development.
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to inform product decisions.
  • Help prioritize features and manage the product backlog.
  • Actively contribute to product release planning and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize product performance based on user feedback and key performance metrics.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in a billing, finance, or payments system.
  • Strong ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in global HR tech or financial systems is a plus.
