Whereas today, 90% of individual healthcare and wellness related expenses in India are out of pocket on Primary Care; be it Mental Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition, Diagnostics, Medicines, and most of all, regular doctor appointments. The Covid-19 Pandemic has not only caused such expenses to increase multi fold, but also created a need for accessible systems.
In a professional setting, such offerings are either lacking, or provided in an ad hoc, broken manner through various individual platforms. As a result, the experience for an employee is disconnected, with limited utilisation and engagement.

are looking for Associate Product Manager to join our high-energy team.
You will have a direct impact on redefining the Health Benefits Programs in the Indian corporate landscape. This is a vast and complex domain and will involve solving challenges in our core primary care services, insurance, and broker-related services, user engagement, and gamification. You'll work as part of a high-energy team and interact with teams across engineering, design, operations, growth, marketing, category, finance, and legal.
As part of your day-to-day work, you will
● Define and Execute a strategy to work towards solving employee, employer, and partner problems that are aligned with Visit’s business goals.● Launch new products and features, guide their go-to-market, evaluate their success, and iterate based on feedback.● Develop solutions collaborating with Engineering and Design teams across Visit as required.● Own the end-to-end product roadmap derived from employee, employer, and partner feedback and Visit business strategy
Must Have's
● 1-3 years of work experience in a product or product-adjacent role like tech, design, growth, strategy● Prior startup experience● Candidate should have experience in E-Commerce● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Location: Noida (weekly visit to the client office in Gurgaon is required)
