In a professional setting, such offerings are either lacking, or provided in an ad hoc, broken manner through various individual platforms. As a result, the experience for an employee is disconnected, with limited utilisation and engagement. This is where Visit Health comes in - a one stop solution for all employee health benefits needs. We help Companies build a Customized Wellness solution focused on Primary Care aspects such as Fitness, Mental Health, Doctor Teleconsultation, OPD programs, etc. for employees and their families, thereby reducing out of pocket expenses and creating healthier workforces. We have stitched up the broken pieces of employee health benefits in India to make one streamlined platform while increasing employee engagement through gamification. Check us out@ We are looking for Associate Product Manager to join our high-energy team. You will have a direct impact on redefining the Health Benefits Programs in the Indian corporate landscape. This is a vast and complex domain and will involve solving challenges in our core primary care services, insurance, and broker-related services, user engagement, and gamification. You'll work as part of a high-energy team and interact with teams across engineering, design, operations, growth, marketing, category, finance, and legal. As part of your day-to-day work, you will ● Define and Execute a strategy to work towards solving employee, employer, and partner problems that are aligned with Visit’s business goals. ● Launch new products and features, guide their go-to-market, evaluate their success, and iterate based on feedback. ● Develop solutions collaborating with Engineering and Design teams across Visit as required. ● Own the end-to-end product roadmap derived from employee, employer, and partner feedback and Visit business strategy Must Have's ● 1-3 years of work experience in a product or product-adjacent role like tech, design, growth, strategy ● Prior startup experience ● Candidate should have experience in E-Commerce ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Location: Noida (weekly visit to the client office in Gurgaon is required)
