We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to maintain seamless IT operations across our offices and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

User & Systems Support

  • Provide on-site technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Set up and manage email accounts, domains, and user access permissions (e.g., Google Workspace/Microsoft 365).
  • Troubleshoot application-related issues, including productivity tools and collaboration platforms.

Infrastructure & Cloud

  • Assist with AWS services: basic EC2, S3, IAM, and networking support.
  • Monitor and maintain network connectivity, routers, firewalls, and VPN access.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices, including endpoint security and data protection.
  • Maintain and update security policy documents and IT standard operating procedures.

Vendor & Asset Management

  • Coordinate with hardware, software, and cloud service vendors for procurement, warranty claims, and escalations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and ensure timely renewals of licenses and subscriptions.

Collaboration & Knowledge Management

  • Manage SharePoint/OneDrive document libraries, ensuring secure access and version control.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for IT processes and configurations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk or system administration.
  • Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux administration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and Office 365/Google Workspace administration.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Knowledge of network security fundamentals and IT compliance standards is a plus.
