Description:- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) on desktops and laptops.- Provide hardware support, including assembly, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting.- Assist with installation and configuration of standard software and updates.- Handle basic networking issues including DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall configuration.- Set up and troubleshoot MS Outlook (configuration, backup, restore).- Support user account management in Active Directory (add/delete/disable).- Manage BitLocker encryption and recovery processes.- Install and troubleshoot network printers and scanners.- Perform antivirus installation, update, and system virus protection checks.- Provide remote desktop support and on-site troubleshooting as needed.- Coordinate with hardware vendors for repairs and warranty claims.- Maintain inventory of IT assets (hardware and software).Key Skills & Competencies :- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems- Familiarity with networking protocols and concepts- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook- Good problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT field (ref:hirist.tech)
