We’re expanding our team and looking for a passionate Sales Executive who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and helping clients adopt cutting-edge communication technology.Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads for IVR Solutions’ SaaS platform. Conduct product demos, presentations, and explain the ROI of automation to clients. Understand client needs (e.g., e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, ISP, education) and suggest the right IVR automation package. Follow up with inbound leads from digital ads, calls, and website forms. Maintain client records and sales activities using our in-house CRM. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to improve lead quality and client experience. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Requirements Experience: 1–3 years in B2B software/SaaS or telephony/CRM sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Skills: Strong communication & persuasion skills (English & Hindi). Ability to conduct online demos confidently. Understanding of sales funnels, follow-ups, and CRM systems. Tech-savvy and eager to learn IVR, WhatsApp, and AI automation products. Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to hustle. Customer-first mindset with problem-solving orientation.
