The Opportunity: Command Our Growth Strategy We are looking for an elite Performance Marketing Specialist to take the helm of our Meta advertising strategy and command a monthly budget of ~₹2 Crore . This isn't just about running campaigns; it's about owning a critical revenue driver for our business. You will have the resources, the budget, and the creative support to make a massive, measurable impact from day one. Your Impact: Own & Scale: You will own the entire lifecycle of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, from strategic planning and execution to massive scaling. Drive Key Metrics: You will be obsessed with performance, relentlessly optimizing for core business metrics like ROI, CPL, CAC, and overall revenue growth. Command a Major Budget: You will strategically manage a monthly ad spend of ~₹2 Crore , making data-driven decisions that directly fuel our company's success. Accelerate Learning: You will work in a tight-knit loop with our creative and analytics teams, driving a high-velocity testing environment to consistently uncover new opportunities and crush performance targets. Be the Expert: You will track, analyze, and report on campaign performance in detail, becoming the go-to expert for paid social acquisition in the company. What We’re Looking For (The Essentials): Proven Scale Experience: You have a proven track record of managing and scaling Meta campaigns with multi-crore monthly budgets. An 8-figure spend is your playground. Deep Technical Expertise: You have a strong, hands-on grasp of Meta's ad policies, advanced attribution models, and conversion tracking (Pixel/CAPI). Analytical Horsepower: You are highly skilled with Ads Manager and proficient with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms. Autonomous & Driven: You have the ability to work independently, manage your own deadlines, and deliver exceptional results under pressure. Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience is required.
