The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing communication channels, and enhancing customer service. The role involves analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with sales and creative teams to drive growth and engagement for our clients. Qualifications Strong Communication skills Hands-on experience with Google ads, Meta Ads, Linked In ads, etc. Experience with running ads for B2 B, B2 C, E-commerce, travel and tourism business, etc Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy Analytical and data-driven mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proven track record in performance marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
