Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance data, managing ad budgets, conducting A/B tests, collaborating with design and content teams to create compelling advertisements, and generating performance reports to inform strategy adjustments.

  • Skills in Planning, Executing, and Optimizing Performance Marketing Campaigns
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Skills to Drive Marketing Decisions
  • Proficiency in Ad Budget Management and A/B Testing
  • Collaborative Skills for Working with Design and Content Teams
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and Within a Team
  • Prior Experience in Digital Marketing is a Plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field

Compensation:

  • 20K per month
  • Liberal performance bonus
