Visit us Key Responsibilities Close high-value real estate deals and manage the entire sales pipeline. Onboard and manage Channel Partners (CPs) to boost lead outreach. Monitor and optimize listings on 99acres, Housing.Com, MagicBricks. Ensure fair lead distribution between CPs and in-house sales teams. Engage with walk-in and organic leads; convert them into buyers. Resolve CP conflicts, track portal performance, and improve conversions. Coordinate with social media teams to enhance campaign quality. Collaborate with content/design teams to create appealing and compliant marketing material. Requirements 5–8 years of hands-on real estate sales experience. Excellent public dealing, communication, and team management skills.
