Key Responsibilities :

Functional Leadership :

- Serve as the Functional Lead for MM, Procurement, and SCM modules within the SAP HANA implementation program.

- Work as extended business functional and IT function to gather requirements, document the business needs, discuss with SAP Implementation team to fix the design

- Work collaboratively with the SAP Implementation Partner to design, configure, and test solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Define and document functional specifications, workflows, and processes for the MM/Procurement/SCM modules.

Program Management Support :

- Act as the primary liaison between the business function teams and the technical/implementation teams for the MM/Procurement/SCM domains.

- Contribute to program governance by providing regular updates on functional progress, risks, and issues.

- Collaborate with the Program Manager and other functional leads to ensure integration and alignment of modules across the ERP system.

Business Process Optimization :

- Analyze and understand the current state of business processes related to MM, Procurement, and SCM across the five geographies.

- Drive process optimization and standardization to align with SAP HANA capabilities.

- Ensure the SAP HANA solution supports business needs for procurement, inventory management, supplier management, and supply chain planning.

Solution Delivery :

- Lead the end-to-end functional implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Oversee data migration and ensure data accuracy and consistency within the MM/Procurement/SCM modules.

- Ensure seamless integration of MM/Procurement/SCM with other SAP modules such as Finance, Sales, and HR.

Change Management and Training :

- Partner with business function teams to develop and execute change management strategies for MM/Procurement/SCM processes.

- Create and deliver training materials to end users, ensuring high adoption and effective use of the SAP HANA system.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after go-live.

Risk and Issue Management :

- Identify and mitigate risks related to MM/Procurement/SCM implementation.

- Resolve functional issues and escalations promptly to minimize disruptions to the program.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, and organizational standards.

Key Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP functional roles, with at least 3 full-cycle SAP HANA implementations as a Functional Lead in MM/Procurement/SCM for large, global enterprises.

- Demonstrated expertise in global ERP rollouts, multi-country operations, and complex business environments.

- Experience working with SAP Implementation Partners and cross-functional teams.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- A Master's degree (MBA) in Supply Chain/Operations Management or a related area is a plus.

Certifications :

- SAP certifications in MM, Procurement, or SCM modules are highly preferred.

- Additional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are a strong advantage.

Technical Skills :

- Deep understanding of SAP HANA MM/Procurement/SCM modules, including configuration, integration, and reporting capabilities.

- Familiarity with procurement workflows, inventory management, supplier collaboration, and supply chain planning.

- Hands-on experience with SAP tools for data migration, testing, and optimization.

Required Competencies :

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across geographies and teams.

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset to address complex functional challenges.

- Attention to detail and a results-driven approach to ensure program success.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Key Deliverables :

- Comprehensive design and configuration of MM/Procurement/SCM modules tailored to business needs.

- Seamless integration of MM/Procurement/SCM with other SAP modules and business functions.

- Successful deployment of standardized and optimized MM/Procurement/SCM processes across all geographies.

- High adoption rates and smooth post-go-live support for the MM/Procurement/SCM modules.
