- Define and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications for sales, billing, shipping, and distribution processes.

Program Collaboration :

- Act as the primary liaison between business teams (sales, logistics, and customer service) and the technical/implementation teams.

- Provide regular updates on SD module progress, risks, and deliverables to program governance bodies.

- Ensure smooth integration of the SD module with other SAP modules such as MM, FICO, and PP.

Business Process Optimization :

- Analyze existing sales and distribution processes across the five geographies to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

- Standardize and streamline order-to-cash (O2C) and delivery processes to align with SAP HANA's capabilities.

- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and business policies in sales and distribution operations.

Solution Delivery :

- Lead the implementation lifecycle of the SD module, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.

- Ensure accurate configuration of key SD functionalities such as pricing, sales orders, credit management, delivery, billing, and customer master data.

- Oversee data migration and ensure consistency and accuracy of customer, product, and sales data.

Change Management and Training :

- Partner with sales and customer service teams to develop and implement a change management strategy for the SD module.

- Design and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure end-user readiness and adoption.

- Provide post-go-live support to address user queries and optimize system performance.

Risk and Issue Management :

- Identify and mitigate risks related to the SD module implementation.

- Address escalations and resolve functional issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

- Ensure compliance with global trade, tax, and distribution regulations.

Key Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP functional roles, with at least 3 full-cycle SAP HANA implementations as a Functional Lead in the SD domain for large, global enterprises.

- Strong experience in global ERP rollouts with multi-country sales and distribution operations.

- Proven ability to work effectively with SAP Implementation Partners and cross-functional teams.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.

- A master's degree (MBA) in Sales, Supply Chain, or Operations Management is preferred.

Certifications :

- SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) module is highly desirable.

- Additional certifications such as PMP or ITIL are a plus.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SAP HANA SD module functionalities, including configuration of pricing, order management, credit management, and billing.

- Strong understanding of integration points between SD and other modules (e.g., MM, FICO, PP).

- Knowledge of SAP tools for data migration, reporting, and process automation.

Required Competencies :

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset to address functional and technical challenges.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
