Key Responsibilities Plan, execute & optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for loan products. Build segmented audiences & custom funnels focused on high-conversion users. Track, measure & improve CPL, CAC, and lead quality. Create data-driven landing pages and ad creatives to enhance conversion rates. Manage budgets, forecasts, A/B tests, and performance reporting. Ensure compliance with financial advertising guidelines. Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of performance marketing experience. Proven track record running paid campaigns for Business Loans , Home Loans , and Loan Against Property . Strong understanding of lending buyer personas, funnel optimisation & lead qualification. Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, CAPI, and lead-gen automation tools. Ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, sales, content). Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
