The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns that drive results. You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing campaigns, and delivering measurable ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage Google/Meta ad campaigns across different verticalsConduct audience research and build effective targeting strategiesOptimize campaigns for performance, budget utilization, and ROIMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reportsTest creatives, copy, and audiences to identify high-performing strategiesCollaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign alignmentStay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, policies, and new featuresRequired Skills & Qualifications0-2 years of proven experience managing Google/Meta ad campaignsStrong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reportingHands-on experience with Ads Manager, Power Editor, and related toolsKnowledge of tracking pixels, custom audiences, and retargeting strategiesAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesGood to HaveExperience with other paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Familiarity with eCommerce, lead generation, or performance marketing campaignsCertification in Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory)
