Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Facility Junior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the company's HR facilities, support daily HR operations, and contribute to creating a productive and positive work environment. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to start their career in human resources within a fast-paced and growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Management:
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.- Coordinate facility-related services, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
1. HR Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and managing candidate correspondence.- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
1. Employee Engagement:
- Help organize company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.- Assist in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback to improve workplace culture.- Support initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
1. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant labor laws and regulations.- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation as needed.- Support health and safety initiatives and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Prior experience or internship in HR or facility management is a plus.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
