Region Covered: Tamil Nadu
About the Role:
MAS Financial is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Credit Manager to lead and manage the credit function for our Commercial Vehicle (CV) product in Tamil Nadu. This role requires a strong understanding of CV financing, credit underwriting, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle credit appraisal and underwriting for CV loan proposals across Tamil Nadu.
- Assess customer profiles, financials, vehicle types, and overall loan viability.
- Ensure adherence to company credit policies and risk frameworks.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and collections teams for efficient processing.
- Conduct market visits and field assessments, when required.
- Monitor portfolio health and ensure minimal NPAs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in credit/risk assessment for Commercial Vehicle financing.
- Strong knowledge of the local Tamil Nadu market.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
