Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Appraisal: Conduct thorough credit appraisals and due diligence for high-value LAP loan applications, including financial analysis, property valuation verification, and client risk profiling.
- Risk Assessment: Analyze credit risks associated with large-ticket LAP proposals, including assessment of repayment capacity, collateral adequacy, and market conditions.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Sanctioning Authority: Make credit decisions within delegated authority limits, and prepare detailed credit proposals for higher approvals.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor existing LAP accounts, track repayments, identify early warning signals of default, and initiate recovery processes if necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, legal, valuation, and recovery teams to streamline the loan sanctioning process and resolve any issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular credit risk reports and MIS for senior management review.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, risk management, and customer experience.
Requirement:
- Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) 5-10 years of experience in credit appraisal and underwriting Proven expertise in handling High-Ticket LAP (Loan Against Property) Exposure to ticket sizes of ₹1 Cr and above
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,700,000.00 per year
