Key Responsibilities
1.Master Trainer Identification, Onboarding & Quality Monitoring
• Identify, onboard & induct high-potential Master Trainers.
• Monitor training quality & consistency via structured feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement in Master Class delivery.
2. FTE Induction & Onboarding
• Design, conduct, and manage comprehensive induction programs for new employees & Master Trainers in line with objectives.
• Standardize onboarding content for FTE Teams & Master Trainers ensuring clarity in project goals, field protocols, and MSME engagement strategies.
3. Training Design & Delivery
• Develop and update training modules on MSME outreach, relationship management, and productivity optimization.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions for internal teams.
4. Knowledge & Skill Development
• Ensure FOG teams are equipped with latest knowledge about MSME ecosystem, and engagement processes.
• Keep training content updated with industry trends, government schemes, and project-related updates.
5. Productivity & Impact Enhancement
• Create frameworks to measure the effectiveness of training on field productivity.
• Collaborate with field leaders to address skill gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
6. Reporting & Governance
• Maintain training MIS, feedback analysis, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to learning governance standards and project timelines.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale induction programs.
• Trainer management and capability-building expertise.
• Understanding of MSME ecosystem and rural/urban outreach strategies.
• Ability to design engaging and practical learning content.
• Analytical mindset to track productivity improvements. Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR, Training, or Rural Development preferred).
• 8-12 years of experience in Training & Development, with at least 3 years in a lead trainer role.
• Experience in field mobilization projects, FMCG/retail outreach, or development sector preferred.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages will be an advantage.
• Excellent Training Facilitation Skills
