Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Specialist located in Zurich. Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Expertise in Training & Development, and conducting Training sessions
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating instructional materials
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored training solutions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications in training or instructional design are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
