Project Manager at Founders Office

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience, ideally with a finance and accounting background. This role focuses on managing and optimizing projects, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning projects with business and financial goals while overseeing smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Optimization:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they align with business and financial goals.
Optimize project workflows, processes, and resources to enhance efficiency and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
2. Operations & Financial Management:
Oversee daily project operations, ensuring alignment with budget, financial constraints, and quality standards.
Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and track financial performance to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including financial data, timelines, and resource allocation.
Continuously analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
3. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and financial performance to leadership and clients.
Prepare financial and project reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
4. Process Improvement:
Evaluate and refine project management practices, incorporating financial insights to drive operational improvements.
Collaborate with teams to streamline operational processes and enhance overall project delivery.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with experience in financial project management.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, or similar).
Experience in the startup ecosystem or a B2B environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
