Role Overview:
As an Associate – Founder's Office , you will work directly with the founder, contributing to strategic projects, data-driven decision-making, and business-critical operations. This role demands a highly analytical mindset, exceptional numerical proficiency, and the ability to deliver insights that drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-priority initiatives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for the founder and senior management.
Assist in business planning, performance tracking, and financial modeling.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Manage and execute special projects as assigned by the founder.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in startups or working in a high-growth environment is a plus.
