About the Role:

We are seeking a curious and data-driven intern to join our team as an Ads Monetization Specialist. This internship offers hands-on experience in optimizing ad placements, analyzing revenue streams, and scaling monetization strategies for websites and apps. Youll work closely with experienced professionals to learn the art of turning traffic into revenue through advertising platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Analysis: Track and analyze ad performance metrics such as eCPM, CTR, impressions, and fill rates.

2. Ad Placement Optimization: Assist in testing and optimizing ad placements to maximize revenue without compromising user experience.

3. Platform Management: Learn to manage ad networks like Google AdSense, AdMob, and other programmatic platforms.

4. A/B Testing: Support experiments to identify the best-performing ad formats, sizes, and placements.

5. Market Research: Stay updated on ad monetization trends, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements.

6. Collaboration: Work with content teams to align ad strategies with audience engagement goals.

7. Reporting: Prepare performance reports and dashboards to share insights with stakeholders.

8. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, low fill rates, or policy compliance.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Interest in digital advertising, monetization, or programmatic platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with Google AdSense, AdMob, or similar platforms (preferred but not mandatory).

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.

- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn ad monetization strategies.
