About the Role:

We are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated intern to join our team as an Email Deliverability Specialist. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of email marketing and deliverability optimization while working alongside experienced professionals. Youll assist in ensuring our emails reach inboxes effectively, analyze campaign performance, and learn to manage domain reputations under expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor Email Campaigns: Assist in tracking email performance metrics like bounce rates, open rates, and spam complaints.

2. Learn Authentication Protocols: Gain hands-on experience with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setups.

3. Assist with IP Warm-Up: Support the process of gradually increasing email volume to build sender reputation.

4. Troubleshoot Issues: Help identify deliverability problems like blacklisting or spam traps and assist in resolving them.

5. Compliance Research: Learn about email marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and assist in ensuring compliance.

6. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to improve email design and content strategies for better deliverability.

7. Tools & Platforms: Learn to use tools like Postmaster Tools, SendGrid, Mailgun, or similar platforms for email monitoring.

8. Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on deliverability metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of email marketing or digital communications (preferred but not required).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.

- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn technical aspects of email deliverability.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
