Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Manage high-quality business activities, maximizing service excellence and profitability.
  • Conduct market research, analyze patient flow, and develop marketing strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, statutory, and industry standards.
  • Improve operational processes, profitability, and internal communication.

Team Management & Performance

  • Lead, train, and develop the marketing team to achieve set targets.
  • Monitor organizational performance and ensure smooth team operations.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability.

Corporate Engagement & Customer Relations

  • Organize medical camps and CMEs to enhance corporate visibility.
  • Assist corporate clients employees with hospital services, including OPD, EHC appointments, and admissions.
  • Address billing queries and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and share daily sales, OPD, and IPD reports to monitor targets.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow organizational protocols.
