Role & responsibilities The Technical Facility Manager oversees the maintenance, operation, and technical services of the organization's buildings and infrastructure. This role ensures all essential systems are functioning efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all technical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, automation, etc.).

Lead and manage facility technical teams/vendors to deliver timely maintenance and repairs.

Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and quality audits of facility assets.

Coordinate technical upgrades and renovations, managing budgets and timelines.

Ensure all facilities comply with local health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

Maintain records of service schedules, budgets, and incident reports.

Respond swiftly to emergency repairs and system failures for business continuity.

Liaise with management and stakeholders on infrastructure requirements and improvements.
