Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, landscaping, and engineering services.
  • Ensure functionality of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Lead on-site facility staff and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
  • Conduct training sessions and performance reviews to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repair work, and service contracts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure expectations are met.
  • Manage and optimize operational budgets and control expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe environment.
  • Utilize facility management software for operations tracking and reporting.
  • Generate performance, incident, and cost-analysis reports.

Required Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma

Experience: 2–5 years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
