Job Profile: Technical Sales Engineer Understand the industrial market, create product acceptability by conducting product trials on OEM machines or panel, get orders thru channel distributors Participate actively in exhibitions conducted in Bengaluru as directed by company sales team. Get products approved in private consultant space & government companies Dealer channel management and trader sales management in the assigned region of India. Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospective industry OEMs, end users & system integrator, traders, consultants, etc. and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintaining relationships with customers by providing technical support of the product, operating guidelines during trials. Suggest to the company design team any product upgrades/ improvements/ changes as noticed and observed in the industry or as per customer feedback. Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, Daily report is a must for concluding sales visits of a day. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
