Human Resources Lead

Design, implement, and maintain effective performance management frameworks, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Partner with department heads and managers to ensure alignment of performance management practices with organizational goals.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for employee development.
Evaluate and continuously improve performance management software and tools to enhance usability and effectiveness.
Employee Engagement Strategies:
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, games, and feedback mechanisms to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to create action plans based on survey results and other feedback, focusing on key drivers of engagement such as recognition, career development, and work-life balance.
Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of engagement strategies, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
Foster a culture of open communication and inclusivity by organizing regular town halls, employee forums, and other communication channels.
Employee Development and Retention:
Design and implement development programs that address employee skill gaps, support career growth, and align with organizational goals.
Develop mentorship programs, workshops, and learning opportunities to enhance employee growth and retention.
Identify high-potential employees and work with leadership to create tailored development plans to nurture their talents and prepare them for future roles.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics related to performance management and employee engagement (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction, productivity levels).
Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on performance management, engagement, and employee relations matters.
Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay current on HR trends, performance management methodologies, and engagement practices to keep the organization at the forefront of HR excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in performance management and employee engagement.
Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems and employee engagement strategies.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., performance management systems, employee engagement platforms).
