AGM Architecture for Commercial Business

We need people from Design firms with background into commercial projects

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the architectural design process for assigned projects, from concept design to construction documents.
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders internally & externally to ensure designs meet functional, budgetary, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the work of architectural staff and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality control.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines for architectural deliverables.
  • Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Experience with specific property types (Commercial IT Building & Campus, etc.). will be preferable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of design costs and value engineering.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful architectural projects.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods in India.
  • Excellent collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
  • Project management skills with experience in scheduling and budgeting.
