Job Title: Senior Website Management Specialist


Location: Pune - WFO


Job Overview:


The Senior Website Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, optimization, and performance of the website built on Webflow. This role requires a deep understanding of Webflow and its capabilities to ensure the website aligns with our brand, provides an exceptional user experience, and supports our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Website Management:


· Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

· Monitor website performance and optimize for speed, responsiveness, and SEO.

· Implement A/B tests and analyze user behaviour to improve website conversion rates.

· Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues or bugs in a timely manner.


Webflow Expertise:


· Proficiently use Webflow to design, develop, and maintain website pages, layouts, and templates.

· Stay updated with the latest Webflow features, best practices, and trends.

· Collaborate with design and development teams to implement website enhancements and new features using Webflow.

Analytics and Reporting:

· Utilize web analytics tools to track website performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics.

· Generate regular reports on website traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators.

· Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to improve website effectiveness.


Collaboration and Communication:


· Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to align website strategies with business goals.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns related to website management.

· Collaborate with external vendors or agencies as needed for specialized website projects.


Qualifications:


· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

· Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in website management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

· Strong proficiency in Webflow with a proven track record of building and managing complex websites.

· Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

· Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
